Karla & Keela Kidney

You have 2 kidneys - Karla and Keela (they look alike, don't they- they're identical twins). When Terrill attacks the kidney he's called Wilm's tumor and the most common kids he attacks are 2 and 3 year olds. Surgery and Captain Chemo are often called upon to help fight Terrill in the kidney and sometimes Zapman is also called to help in the battle. All of us would like to keep both Karla and Keela but either one can do enough for our bodies. If caught early, surgery and Captain Chemo really finish off Terrill

When Terrill has had time to spread....

Lyle Lung and Lori Lymphatic are often invaded.

That usually means Zapman also has to be called in to help in addition to Captain Chemo and surgery.

Karla Kidney needs to be healthy because she and her twin sister Keela are important in cancer treatment because she gets rid of what's left over when Captain Chemo finishes his work. Lyle Liver makes Captain Chemo not dangerous anymore and you pee it out in your urine.

It seems really strange that nurses and doctors are interested in how much you pee and they sometimes test it to make sure Lenny has done his job and that you have enough water in your body to help Karla Kidney work right. It's just one more thing nurses and doctors do to keep you as well as you can be.
