Lori Lymph
When that rotten Terrill the Terrible attacks
the lymphatic system he is called lymphoma, Hodgkins or
Non-Hodkins lymphoma or Burkitt's lymphoma. Terrill can also use
the lymphatic system to travel to other parts of your body. When
he travels to another part of your body and starts growing there
it is called metastasis (or mets). Lori Lymph produces
lymphocytes and monocytes (big words) but they act as filters to
keep bacteria out of the blood. Lori is spread throughout the
body. You may have had a sore Lori Lymph in your neck when you
had a really bad sore throat. When Lori does her job the node
often grows bigger and gets sore.
When Terrill the Tyrant is called Hodgkins
disease the treatment is Captain Chemo and Zapman but it depends
on where or if Terrill has spread.
